The Implementation Coordinator ensures accounts are provisioned quickly, required setup steps are completed, expectations are clearly communicated, and customers are confidently transitioned into the company’s onboarding and support ecosystem.\nThe primary objective of this role is to build immediate customer confidence, accelerate time to value, and reinforce trust with both customers and the Sales team that every new account is set up for success.\nHow you'll make an impact\nNew Customer Intake & Contract Review:\nEvery new signed contract will trigger an implementation workflow owned by this role. This role ensures nothing falls through the cracks between Sales and CX.\nResponsibilities include:\nReviewing all newly executed contracts\nVerifying required setup information\nConfirming the solutions purchased and ensuring accurate setup preparation\nInitiating the onboarding project for the new customer\nRapid Account Provisioning:\nThe Implementation Coordinator will ensure new customers gain access to the platform quickly. Fast access ensures the customer can begin engaging with the platform immediately.\nResponsibilities include:\nProvisioning new accounts within two business hours of contract execution\nConfirming login access and system readiness\nEnsuring appropriate modules and permissions are configured\nInitial Customer Kickoff Coordination (Access, Data, Payments, + Expectations):\nSales will schedule an initial customer introduction meeting directly on this role’s calendar.\nResponsibilities include:\nLeading the first CX introduction call\nReinforcing the value of the solutions purchased\nOutlining what the customer should expect during onboarding\nSetting clear expectations for next steps\nIf a customer misses the scheduled meeting, this role will:\nFollow up directly\nRebook the introduction call\nEnsure the onboarding journey begins promptly\nData Collection & Implementation Preparation:\nTo prepare customers for onboarding and system setup, this role will collect the necessary implementation materials.\nResponsibilities include:\nCollecting required customer data for system setup\nCoordinating data import requirements\nCommunicating data preparation guidelines and timelines\nEnsuring the customer understands what is needed to proceed\nPayments & Financing Setup:\nThis role will assist customers in activating the platform’s financial tools.\nResponsibilities include:\nAssisting customers with payment processing setup\nSupporting applications for financing options\nEnsuring all necessary forms and documentation are completed\nCoordinating with internal payments teams when necessary (flag if the account does not intend to process.\nCustomer Education & Expectation Setting:\nA key responsibility of this role is to build early customer confidence by clearly explaining what happens next.\nResponsibilities include:\nIntroducing the customer to available onboarding resources\nDemonstrating how to access training and support\nSetting expectations for onboarding timelines\nReinforcing the simplicity of getting help when needed\nExperience you'll bring\n1-3 years experience in related roles or customer service experience\nHigh school diploma, or GED required\nPreferred Bachelor's degree or higher\nStrong Organization & Project Management\nAbility to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously\nHighly detail oriented with strong follow through\nCustomer Facing Communication Skills\nClear, confident communicator\nAble to explain processes in a simple and approachable way\nTechnical Proficiency\nCX and Project Management tools (Salesforce/CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and project management software).\nOperational Discipline\nComfortable managing checklists, workflows, and timelines\nAbility to ensure processes are consistently executed\nValue Reinforcement\nAbility to reinforce the value of the platform’s solutions\nConfident representing the company as a trusted partner\nThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
