This individual will play a key role in managing interview logistics, enhancing the candidate experience, and ensuring seamless coordination across hiring processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex, high-volume interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zonesServe as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a polished and seamless experience from initial outreach through offer stagePartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics and maintain efficient workflowsSupport onboarding processes, including preparing materials, coordinating start dates, and facilitating a smooth new hire experienceTrack, manage, and help drive timely collection of interview feedback across stakeholdersMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking systemAssist with broader HR initiatives and administrative support as neededQualifications:3+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role within Financial ServicesProven ability to manage high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced, detail-driven environmentExceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills with a professional, candidate-facing demeanorAbility to prioritize effectively and operate with a high sense of urgencyProficiency with applicant tracking systems and calendar management tools
