From the first workshop to the final handover, you will help transform customer needs into intelligent, automated system designs.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\nDevelop tailored solution concepts for potential customers in close collaboration with our Sales Team.\nLead and facilitate workshops with customers and internal experts to analyze requirements, define logistics processes, and identify functional needs.\nDesign customer‑specific system solutions within interdisciplinary project teams taking ownership of concepts and project responsibilities.\nAnalyze data, design logistics workflows, calculate solution costs, and prepare compelling proposal documents.\nPresent your concepts to customers in a confident, inspiring, and persuasive way.\nSupport the handover to engineering teams after project acquisition to ensure a smooth transition and aligned understanding.\nWhat You Have Required B.S. Industrial Engineering or Logistics Major, 3.00 GPA or higher\nDesired M.S. Industrial Engineering or Logistics Major\nAn MBA is also viewed as a plus and potential substitute for the MSIE or MSOR, but an MBA is not a requirement\nRequired experience of 2 – 3+ years in logistics and/or warehousing\nCertification and/or training in lean or six sigma is a plus\nSoftware deployed: IBM Lotus Notes, MS Office suite including Excel, Access, Word, Visio, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat, VectorWorks (basics), AutoCAD (basics), Mini-tab (desired/occasional), JCreator (desired/occasional), Oracle(desired)\nWorking Conditions and Environment: Overtime (occasional) as required by work.
