CPA Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

To support a growing financial reporting function, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Financial Reporting will lead the execution of internal and external reporting, manage SEC filing preparations, oversee audit coordination, and ensure compliance with SOX while developing a team of accounting professionals. Key responsibilitiesOversee the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations Manage the month-end close process for technical accounting areas and review deliverables from direct reports Act as the primary contact for external auditors, managing audit requests and facilitating timely resolutions of open itemsRequired qualifications10+ years of relevant financial reporting experience, preferably with Big 4 public accounting experience CPA or similar professional designation required 4+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, and SOX 404 compliance Proficiency with Workiva; experience with NetSuite and SOX compliance is a plus
