You will deliver core product capabilities end to end, including platform foundations, integrations, analytics experiences, and hands-on support for a pilot launch. Key Responsibilities Develop the AI-native platform, including core entities, workflows, permissions, and multi-tenant foundations. Create an integration layer with connectors to common tools, event ingestion, synchronization, and actions. Build real-time analytics dashboards with live metrics, drill-downs, and exports. Design an MCP-compatible agentic integration architecture, including a tool registry, permissions, runtime, and observability. Ship production features across backend and frontend systems. Establish engineering practices for testing, observability, and pilot on-call readiness. Support the pilot through shipping, debugging, rapid iteration, and direct work with users. Qualifications Strong practical software engineering skills and the ability to deliver end-to-end while independently resolving blockers. Experience building SaaS products with APIs, data models, and production constraints. Deep experience with integrations, including OAuth2, webhooks, API pagination, rate limiting, and synchronization semantics. Ability to use AI development tools effectively while maintaining correctness through sound tests, interfaces, and guardrails. Familiarity with MCP-style tool interfaces and/or building tool servers. Clear communication skills and the ability to explain tradeoffs and align stakeholders. Work Terms Remote, hourly engagement.
