Job Description And ResponsibilitiesRepresents the company through telephone contact by answering calls, assisting customers with warranty issues and helping retailers to improve delivery serviceProcesses work orders to assist Field Service Technicians, communicates information or updates as neededResponds to customer calls and emails regarding service questionsInterprets and administers Cavco Nappanee Warranty/Service Policy according to its terms and conditionsRepresents Cavco Nappanee professionally and effectivelyPrioritizes and schedules service, minimizing consumer complaints and managing service backlogCreates and schedules service and parts requests for factory, contractors and dealersPerform a variety of administrative tasks as neededDemonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrityMaintains office files and ensures accuracyPerforms various other job duties as assigned and needed Qualifications1 - 2 years experience in customer serviceHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and self-managementEffective planning and organization skillsExperience with MS Word, MS Excel, computer knowledgeExcellent listening skills and be able to offer solutions to unique situationsAttention to detail and self-managementConsistently provide excellence in Customer ServiceStrong communication skills, patience and phone skillsEmpathetic outlook and the ability to work on a teamMaintain a good attendance recordIndustry knowledge is a plusConstruction experience is a plus
