BB&E team members provide Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering and Program/Project Management Services to Federal and private sectors.\nPosition Summary\nBB&E is currently looking for a (Full-Time REMOTE) Preventive & Operations Maintenance Support Specialist to support AFCEC/CO at Tyndall AFB, FL.\nJob Duties & Responsibilities\nProvide program management support, virtually and through on-site visits, to the Operations Maintenance SME in relation to Preventive Maintenance (PM) program management\nEstimated tasks include: 20-25 formal program reviews annually; 150-175 program supporting material updates and reviews annually; 15-20 annual site visits\nProvide technical support and/or solutions successfully integrating CE PM capabilities to support base-level CE Operations Flight daily PM activities; support base-level teams as an expert on PM program management and employment through program reviews and analysis and provide the installation-level organizations with action plans that aim to optimize the installation’s PM program, facilitate program development, and execution within NexGen IT using standardized business processes\nDevelop and coordinate procedures and/or guidance for DAF CE enterprise matters\nCoordinate with MAJCOM and base-level personnel to identify, document, and report PM best practices and lessons learned, and sustain and develop program supporting publications, correspondence, web-based content, and briefing materials; assist in maintaining and organizing published program supporting materials to ensure they remain accessible, current, and relevant\nReview, update, and publish standardized business processes support materials that facilitate proper business line workflows, support processing of requirements, capture and account for best practices and lessons learned, and help expedite resolution of issues\nPerform on-site visits and accompany teams during site visits to analyze PM programs and deliver program management support for PM program development in NexGen IT\nComplete and provide formal program review reports that include the number of participants engaged during the program review, participant’s names, organization, duty position, observations (e.g., suggested local process improvements, best practices, deviations from standard business processes), recommendations (e.g., how to mitigate observations), and program analysis; submit program review reports to the COR within five (5) calendar days of the engagement’s conclusion; if the program review report due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Federal holiday, the Government expects receipt of deliverable by the next business day; estimated 25-50 engagement reports annually (CDRL A002)\nKey Qualifications\nUS Citizenship and active Secret Security Clearance are required\nStrong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in preparing and delivering briefings\nSoftware\nProficient in the use of MS Office software including Word, PowerPoint, and advanced use of Excel; ability to formulate informational and actionable data visualization presentations from small to large data sets that provide end users with clear PM program understanding\nknowledge of NexGen IT PM systems and capabilities and ability to identify, document, and analyze emergent problems with the DAF CE NexGen IT System and provide recommended courses of action;
