We are currently seeking qualified applicants for a level I and II Electrical Engineer position to join our growing team. Successful candidates need to have general knowledge and understanding of current standards and principles and develop electrical details, diagrams, and construction documents. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, work well under pressure, and have excellent analytical problem-solving skills.\nPrimary Job Functions:\n-Design of power distribution, lighting and control, fire alarm, and security systems.\n-Calculation and design of electrical equipment (transformers, switchboards, electrical loads, conductor sizing, etc.)\n-Preparation of single line diagram and panel schedules. Understanding of electrical construction design. Assist in the creation of project technical specifications.\n-Assist the engineering design team with project documentation.\n-Ability to search product and equipment data sheets as necessary.\nSecondary Job Functions:\n-Research code enforcements and jurisdictions.\n-Coordinate with engineering staff and other personnel to resolve design and project issues.\nRequirements:\n-BSEE degree, EIT, or PE preferred.\n-Previous A/E, electrical, design, or construction experience preferred.\n-Experience in Aviation, Transportation, or Capital Projects is highly desired.\n-Must be a team player, and work well with others.\nOther Skills/Abilities:\n-AutoCAD 2010 or greater.\n-Proficient in Microsoft Office.\n-Capability to meet project deadlines.\n-Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.\n-Excellent verbal and written communications skills Great attention to detail.\nThis is a 40 hour/full-time in-office position with a competitive benefits package, with a SIGN ON BONUS, paid holidays, and opportunity for growth.
