You will be a primary builder of solutions while ensuring the team follows best practices, uses reusable components, and delivers scalable tools across the Microsoft Power Platform.\r\nWe are looking to fill this position in either the Baton Rouge, Charlotte, Summerville, or Texas offices.\r\nThis position will be in-office.\r\nRequirements\r\nHands-on Development: Actively build Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Pages, alongside complex Power Automate flows and Dataverse solutions.\r\nTechnical Mentorship: Work closely with two developers to provide \"in-the-code\" support, troubleshooting, and collaborative solution design.\r\nSolution Architecture: Design data models and app structures to ensure they are practical, scalable, and maintainable.\r\nRequirements Translation: Partner with business users to turn functional needs into technical reality, often prototyping solutions yourself.\r\nData & Automation: Build and maintain Dataflows (Power Query) and Power Automate integrations to streamline data movement and business processes.\r\nStandardization: Create and maintain a library of reusable components and templates that you and the team will use to speed up development.\r\nSafety Values: Support and contribute to a company-wide safety culture by following established safety standards, policies, and best practices, helping to ensure a safe environment for employees, clients, and the public.\r\nThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
