Process Analysis & SME Partnership\nPartner with Market Risk and Counterparty Risk subject matter experts (SMEs) to:\nUnderstand end-to-end regulatory reporting workflows (data sourcing ? transformation ? aggregation ? submission)\nDocument current-state processes, controls, and data dependencies\nIdentify:\nManual touchpoints\nReconciliation gaps\nData lineage issues\nOpportunities for standardization\n2. Automation & Solution Design\nDevelop future-state automation proposals aligned with enterprise technology strategy\nTranslate business processes into scalable technical designs, including:\nData pipelines\nAggregation logic\nReporting layers\nEvaluate modernization opportunities such as:\nMigration of legacy SQL-based processes to modern application frameworks (e.g., Java-based ETL)\nConsolidation of fragmented reporting workflows into structured infrastructure\nEnsure solutions:\nMeet regulatory accuracy and auditability requirements\nImprove performance, scalability, and control environments\n3.
