As the Lead Program Manager, you will provide overall program leadership and serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders. Ensures performance, compliance, and successful delivery across all task areas in alignment with DISA’s mission.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\nAssist the Lead Program Manager in contract execution and performance oversight.\nSupervise task leads, ensuring staff performance and SLA adherence.\nManage issue escalation, problem resolution, and customer communications in PM’s absence.\nOversee training and performance evaluation of staff across task areas.\nSupport PMO in quality control, risk mitigation, and reporting activities\n\nQualifications:\nEducation and Years of Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree, preferred degree is in an IT-related field\n\nExperience:\n\nDemonstrated experience as a program manager (preferred minimum of five years of experience).\nDemonstrated ability for oral and written communication, preferred this ability was with the highest levels of management\nDemonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing SD or sales efforts in a similar-sized services organization to JSP.\nDemonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced in this PWS.\nKnowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Service Desks’s mission.\nDemonstrated experience in a DOD IT environment.\nExperience managing performance-based contracts and/or task orders and knowledge of the FAR.\nKnowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations, and with ITSM best practices.\n\nClearance Requirements: TS/SCI\n\nMin Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen\n\nPhysical Requirements: There are no physical requirements for this position.\nLocation: McLean, VA\nWorking at DMI:\nDMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
