Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Operate automatic packing machines to ensure continuous line production\r\nConduct quality checks on products and equipment\r\nApply identification labels to each carton accurately\r\nDocument case counts, rework, control points, and quality checks\r\nPerform minor adjustments and repairs to equipment as needed\r\nProvide guidance and training to Utility Technicians in the area\r\nMaintain a safe and clean work area\r\nQualifications and Requirements:Fluent in English, both written and verbal\r\nMust successfully complete equipment training\r\nBasic math skills (addition and subtraction without a calculator)\r\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred\r\nAbility to lift, reach, and stand as required for job duties\r\nYour New Organization:\r\nA family-owned company that is a leading North American coffee and tea producer, supplying retailers, foodservice providers, and hospitality businesses.
