As we expand operations into Phoenix, we are looking for a driven and experienced Estimator / Project Manager to help lead and grow our presence in the Valley and Manage ongoing projects in Flagstaff and bid new work opportunities in Flagstaff. Position Overview This is a role for a candidate skilled in both estimating and project management. You will be responsible for preparing competitive bids and managing awarded projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with a direct impact on our success in the Phoenix market and our continued success in the Flagstaff market. Key Responsibilities Estimating: Analyze project plans, specs, and documents to prepare detailed concrete estimates Perform quantity take-offs for labor, materials, and equipment Solicit and evaluate quotes from vendors and subcontractors Prepare complete bid proposals and project budgets Project Management: Oversee field execution, scheduling, and coordination Manage budgets, subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met Communicate with clients, engineers, and field crews Track change orders, issue RFIs, submittals, and handle project documentation Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction Proven experience with both estimating and managing projects Proficient in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Procore, and Buildertrend Strong understanding of concrete methods, materials, and field operations Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Familiarity with the Phoenix and Flagstaff construction market is a plus Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (DOE) Performance-based bonuses Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) Health insurance is currently being developed and will be offered soon Why Join Us?
