This role executes within the development lifecycle, owning how solutions are brought to life through strong instructional design application, visual storytelling, and technical development (primarily Articulate suite and Vyond). This role ensures that solutions are built with input from SMEs and stakeholders, meeting quality requirements, aligned to enterprise standards, and optimized for learner engagement and real-world application.\r\nRequired Job Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development\r\nOR 6 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development.\r\nKnowledge of adult learning principles and emerging instructional design trends.\r\nDemonstrated knowledge of instructor-led and eLearning design.\r\nEffective communication in visual, verbal, and written form\r\nTechnical aptitude and analytical skill set.\r\nSound inductive and deductive reasoning.\r\nAnalyze information and evaluate results to identify appropriate solutions.\r\nOvercome obstacles by developing solutions to meet individual and departmental goals.\r\nAbility to work with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, subject matter experts.\r\nPreferred Job Qualifications\r\nMaster's degree in human resource development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design\r\nFamiliarity with Learning & Talent Management Systems\r\n1 year learning and development experience in a corporate or business setting\r\nThis is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.\r\nPay Transparency Statement\r\nAt Health Care Service Corporation, you will be part of an organization committed to offering meaningful benefits to our employees to support their life outside of work.
