This role partners closely with IT, Marketing, and other departments to deliver functional, secure, and visually appealing digital experiences aligned with PRC's brand and operational goals.\r\nFOUR DIAMOND SERVICE AGREEMENT\r\nAll Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to customer service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort Casino (PRC).\r\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\r\nDesign, develop, maintain, and test web-based applications and websites under the guidance of departmental leadership.\r\nAdminister and update content across PRC's internet and intranet sites using modern web technologies and content management processes.\r\nCollaborate with stakeholders to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve site performance and user experience.\r\nWrite clean, maintainable code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related technologies in a non-WYSIWYG environment.\r\nSupport and integrate APIs and third-party systems into PRC's websites, ensuring seamless data and service connectivity.\r\nResearch and apply emerging web development trends and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and usability of web platforms.\r\nAssist with search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and implementation.\r\nParticipate in project meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional team initiatives.\r\nEnsure adherence to company policies, departmental SOPs, and web development best practices.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned.\r\nACCOUNTABILITY\r\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities. This position is also responsible for protecting the assets of Pechanga Resort Casino and for maintaining and providing a positive and professional work environment.\r\nQUALIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES\r\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING\r\nAn associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. At least two (2) years' experience is required to successfully perform this job; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.\r\nCOMMUNICATION SKILLS\r\nThis position requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.\r\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS\r\nThis position requires the ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.\r\nREASONING ABILITY\r\nThis position requires the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\r\nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS\r\nMust qualify to obtain and maintain a Class \"A\" gaming license.\r\nSKILLS/ABILITIES\r\nProficient in front-end development using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\r\nFamiliar with modern client-side frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, React or Blazor.\r\nExperience with server-side development using C# and ASP.NET (.NET Core or MVC preferred).\r\nProficiency in Visual Studio and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).\r\nWorking knowledge of Git for version control and NPM for package management.\r\nExperience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL; ability to design and interact with relational databases.\r\nUnderstanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.\r\nSEO experience is a plus.\r\nKnowledge of UI/UX design best practices and modern development workflows.\r\nOTHER QUALIFICATIONS\r\nHighly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent time management skills.\r\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\r\nStrong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn new technologies.\r\nProfessional demeanor and effective interpersonal communication skills.\r\nAbility to handle pressure and maintain focus during high-demand periods.\r\nPrevious experience in the casino, hospitality, or gaming industry is preferred.\r\nDISCLAIMER\r\nThe above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by Team Members within this classification.
