This role evaluates program performance, analyzes operational data, and produces reporting that enables Kentro and VA leadership to assess progress and make informed decisions. Two Program Analysts will be onboarded as part of the broader analyst wave in August and September 2026.\n\nLocation: This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours.\n\nCompensation Range: The salary for this position is between $135-155K/annually. Factors affecting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\nResponsibilities:\nConfiguration Management\nMaintain and manage the CMDB to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of configuration item (CI) records.\nDevelop, implement, and enforce CMDB governance policies and procedures.\nPerform regular audits and reconciliations of CMDB data to identify and remediate discrepancies.\nSupport the integration of discovery tools and data feeds into the CMDB.\n\nProgram Analysis and Reporting\nAnalyze CMDB data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for process improvement.\nDevelop and deliver reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.\nSupport enterprise service management (ESM) initiatives by providing CMDB data insights.\nTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CMDB health and data quality.\n\nStakeholder Coordination\nCollaborate with VA Program Managers, CORs, and cross-functional IT teams to align CMDB processes with organizational goals.\nServe as a subject matter expert (SME) for CMDB-related inquiries and support requests.\nCoordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and program leadership on deliverables and milestones.\nLiaise with vendors and subcontractors (e.g., prime vendor partners) as required.\n\nEnterprise Service Management (ESM) Support\nSupport ESM platform administration and configuration in alignment with CMDB requirements.\nAssist in the development and maintenance of service mapping and dependency documentation.\nContribute to ITIL-aligned change, incident, and asset management processes.\n\nDocumentation and Compliance\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and technical documentation related to CMDB operations.\nEnsure all activities comply with VA security, privacy, and data governance requirements.\nSupport background investigation requirements at the Tier 2/Moderate (Standard MBI) level.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree incomputer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required.
