Licensed Outpatient Therapist (Multiple Openings)

We are not simply providing care—we are actively rewriting the narrative of mental health.At Sanare, we awaken what is within, and we invite you to be part of that mission.We are currently expanding our Outpatient team and hiring Licensed Clinicians for multiple specialty roles:• Licensed Outpatient Youth Specialist (Downingtown, PA)• Licensed Outpatient DBT Specialist (formal DBT training required – Center City, Philadelphia)• Licensed LMFT Therapist (Downingtown, PA)• Licensed EMDR Therapist (EMDR training required – Drexel Hill, PA)These roles may include a combination of individual therapy and outpatient group facilitation, depending on clinical specialty and interest.About the role:Clinicians will have the opportunity to provide a blend of structured outpatient services, including:• 90-minute outpatient group therapy sessions (2 groups/week; 1 in-person, 1 virtual)• 15–20 individual therapy sessions per week• 8–10 paid consultation sessions per weekConsultations are 45–60 minute clinical sessions designed to:• Assess presenting concerns• Provide diagnostic clarity• Determine appropriate level of care (OP, IOP, PHP, or referral out)• Support clear, compassionate next steps for each individualClinicians will build ongoing therapeutic relationships while also serving as a key clinical voice in helping individuals access the right level of care.Compensation structure:• $120 per completed consultation• Group therapy: Cash-based $27.50/client | Insurance-based $16.50/client• Individual therapy: Cash-based $55/session | Insurance-based $65/session• Optional $50 no-show fee• Optional clinical supervision role (3 clinicians for licensure support) – $9,000/yearWhat we offer:• Full-time benefits (available even for part-time clinicians), including medical, dental, and vision coverage• $500 CE stipend• 401(k)• Flexible Spending Account• Biweekly supervision groups, specialty trainings, and clinician support circles• Staff apparel, company laptop, and access to FinFit financial wellness servicesMust hold an active Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to be considered.
