This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care through comprehensive clinical assessments, critical thinking, and patient-centered planning.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough clinical evaluations using sound judgment to identify and prioritize patient and family needs, developing and adjusting individualized nursing care plans accordingly.Engage in continuous quality improvement by evaluating nursing practices and supporting evidence-based changes through research and experiential learning.Create a supportive, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff, managing both emotional and physical pain to promote comfort and healing.Respect and incorporate diverse cultural, spiritual, and socioeconomic backgrounds into personalized care plans.Advocate for patient rights, confidentiality, and dignity, addressing ethical and clinical concerns as they arise.Facilitate learning for patients, families, and healthcare team members to support informed decision-making and health promotion.Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to implement integrated care plans, delegating tasks appropriately and ensuring timely follow-up.Utilize systems thinking to optimize resource use, safety, and efficiency in patient care delivery.Participate actively in professional development, shared governance, and mentoring to enhance nursing practice and workplace environment.Conduct comprehensive assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and discharge planning needs.Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.Support research activities and contribute to the education and orientation of staff, patients, and visitors.Education and ExperienceMust hold a current Registered Nurse license.
