We're looking for entrepreneurial, hands-on candidates that are drawn to scaling businesses, teams, and processes and those that understand the highly dynamic nature of a role as a platform expands.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all development accounting, financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management activities.Establish scalable financial systems, controls, policies, and reporting frameworks.Oversee project accounting, construction draws, lender reporting, and development finance activities.Partner with development, construction, investment, and executive teams to support business decisions and growth.Manage relationships with auditors, lenders, tax advisors, and internal/external partners.Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team as the organization scales.Experience needed15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.Strong background in real estate development, construction, private equity, family office, or institutional investment environments.Experience supporting large-scale development projects and complex capital structures.Deep expertise in project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting.CPA preferred; MBA a plus.Proven ability to build systems, processes, and teams within a growing organization.Strong executive presence, communication skills, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.Compensationc$230,000 - $350,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits.
