This role serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients and is accountable for overall client health, operational performance, revenue cycle outcomes, and service satisfaction.\n\nThe RCM Client Success Manager partners closely with internal billing, claims, coding, vendor, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate revenue cycle execution. This individual will lead strategic client conversations, monitor key performance indicators, identify risks, drive corrective action plans, and deliver an exceptional client experience.\n\nThis is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, analytical skills, operational expertise, and the ability to build trusted client partnerships.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nClient Relationship Management\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned RCM clients.\n\nLead recurring client meetings focused on performance, trends, action plans, and overall account health.\n\nBuild trusted relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and strategic guidance.\n\nManage escalations professionally and drive timely resolution.\n\nSupport client renewals, plan changes, provider adds/removals, and other account transitions.\n\nRevenue Cycle Performance Ownership\n\nOwn clinic revenue cycle KPI performance, including but not limited to:\n\nDays in Accounts Receivable\n\nAR Aging >90 Days\n\nClean Claim Rate\n\nDenial Rate\n\nFirst Pass Resolution / Payment Rate\n\nCollection Performance\n\nIdentify root causes impacting financial performance and recommend solutions.\n\nDevelop action plans to improve collections, reduce aging, and optimize workflows.\n\nMonitor payer trends, reimbursement patterns, denials, and operational risks.\n\nOperational Partnership\n\nPartner with claims, billing, coding, posting, and vendor teams to ensure execution is timely, accurate, and aligned to client goals.\n\nCoordinate internal stakeholders to resolve blockers and improve workflows.\n\nEnsure system configurations and billing parameters support accurate claim submission and payment maximization.\n\nMaintain strong awareness of clearinghouse operations, eligibility workflows, claim status tools, and payer processes.\n\nReporting & Strategic Analysis\n\nPrepare and present monthly and quarterly business reviews to clients.\n\nAnalyze trends, financial outcomes, and operational performance using reporting tools and dashboards.\n\nProvide executive summaries and recommendations to leadership as needed.\n\nSupport development of new reporting tools, dashboards, and operational insights.\n\nCompliance & Process Excellence\n\nEnsure adherence to HIPAA privacy and security standards.\n\nMaintain awareness of Medicare, payer, and revenue cycle regulatory changes.\n\nDocument workflows, protocols, and best practices for internal consistency and scalability.\n\nParticipate in ongoing training and professional development.\n\nSkills and Experience needed for success in this role:\n\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in healthcare account management, revenue cycle management, or medical billing operations.\n\nExperience in outsourced billing, multi-specialty, or multi-client healthcare environments preferred.\n\nStrong client-facing experience with ability to manage relationships and escalations.\n\nWorking knowledge of medical billing, coding, front office workflows, payer reimbursement, and physician practice operations.\n\nStrong understanding of Medicare, commercial insurance, HMOs, PPOs, and HIPAA regulations.\n\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, and data analysis.\n\nExperience with EHR / PM systems and healthcare technology platforms.\n\nExperience using Salesforce, Zoom, and Google.\n\nStrong project management and follow-through skills.\n\nData-driven mindset with strong business acumen.\n\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.\n\nWhere: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia.
