This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options.\n\nPosition Responsibilities\nWork with children and adults on the autism spectrum, providing assessments and individualized plans to improve behaviors and quality of life.\nConduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments including VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS, etc.\nCreate individualized programming for clients.\nWork closely with Behavior Therapists as they deliver individualized programming to clients.\nResponsible for managing contract fulfillment of client contracts across service codes.\nProvide clear and concise instructions across all facets of the client's clinical needs including progress reports and monthly updates per insurance expectations.\nResponsible for data management and client communications.\nSupervise and trains the Program Managers and Behavior Therapists (RBT, BT, and Therapists).\nProvides supervision hours for Registered Behavior Therapists and BCBA candidates.\nProvides ongoing supervision meetings to support and guide assigned staff.\nQualifications\nSpanish speakers encouraged to apply!\nMust have a minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university\nMust be a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)\nAs an exempt supervisor, your responsibility is to meet billable hours as stated in your contracted offer letter and to complete a standard 40-hour work week following California Labor Law.\nThe BCBA is required to travel between client homes, and between offices, and to travel for meetings and training as required.\nMust have a valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.\nMust be able to pass an FBI/ DOJ clearance and background check.\nMust have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\nBilingual applicants highly preferred\nWe offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance and professional development opportunities.
