They own the pre-construction process up until hand off to the field. They ensure quality projects are created, keeping high percent complete and accuracy top of mind.\r\nResponsibilitiesEnsure the preconstruction process is followed accurately. Review quality of work at all phases.\r\nJob document creation: Write project summaries, proposals, and scopes of work. Create start packages, PCA and contracts. Update and maintain CES.\r\nFinancial: Appropriately estimate job costs to avoid major slippage in the field. Recognize overages and follow process to back charge trade partners appropriately. PO & VPO creation and reconciliation. Reconciling and managing financial reports. Draw and change order invoice to clients. Payment collection and follow up. Allowance reconciliation. Collect estimates from vendors and trade partners.\r\nSchedule & conduct feasibility studies, both internal and with clients. Schedule and conduct trade walks and other jobsite meetings prior to construction start. Complete closed job reviews.\r\nProvide support to designers & PMs during appropriate phases.\r\nWork with internal partners and vendors to create site plans and structurals.\r\nAct as a problem solver for preconstruction process by destroying bottlenecks, in accordance with core values.\r\nCulture infusion with all trade partners.
