As a crew member you will be expected to maintain a clean work environment, top notch customer service, and prepare great food. Duties Prepare food items according to company recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in food handling and food safety practices to ensure compliance with sanitation standards. Support team members in food preparation, serving customers promptly, and managing busy service periods with a positive attitude. Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy are necessary. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively during high volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Experience in culinary roles or kitchen environments is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment with a team oriented mindset.
