Follows provided operational instructions for the machine and part processes . Responsible for the proper loading of parts and materials. Maintains a properly 5S work area and supports machine maintenance as required. Responsible for providing relevant feedback timely and accurately to managers and machinists. Monitors machine operation and display readouts to detect malfunctions. Compares display data to specifications and notifies supervisor of machine malfunctions. Inspects and measures parts to verify conformance to specifications. May perform machine adjustments and maintenance. Adheres to facility and machine safety procedures, alerting manager of any safety concerns. Plans machining by studying work orders and work instructions.
