Recruit, hire, onboard, and grow your team base on Sitemetric core leadership principles.\n2) Customer Success: Proactively build trust with customers by ensuring that every aspect of our customer’s experience is meeting their needs and expectations. Coach your team on how to deliver customer support in a way that keeps project moving and never gets in the way of work.\n3) Innovation: Work alongside your team and customers to understand existing or emerging problems in the field and how Sitemetric services can be built to solve these problems. Drive a culture of constant innovation in the field and train your teams on how Sitemetric approaches innovation in the field.\nQualifications\nREQUIRED\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships across a diverse range of working relationships internally and externally\nComfortable using and coaching others on software apps\nDetail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities in dynamic work environment\nPREFERRED\n3+ years of ENR 400 construction experience\nActively educating oneself in college or trade education\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)\nAdaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges within and outside of their original access control responsibilities\nActively taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and Sitemetric team members\nWhat We Offer\nWe offer a flexible, supportive work environment enabling our people to perform at their best and enhance the customer value and experience we provide.
