Unit testing & TDD experience. Able to debug code\nStrong understanding of relational databases\nExpert in Version control (Git) & best practices\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School diploma or GED\n5+ years of professional experience in software development.\n2+ years of experience with Scrum/Agile software development methodologies\nExpert in Java, Java server-side (Spring Boot) and web app deployment. Designs & builds RESTful APIs, Typescript. Unit/integration testing experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Telecom, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field\n7+ years of professional experience in software development.\n5+ years of experience developing communications applications using Java and/or C++\n5+ years of experience developing and running applications in Linux\n3+ years of experience working with relational databases such as Oracle\nExperience in a senior role in software development.\nExcellent understanding of technologies and protocols typically used in voice and video communication.\nExperience in designing and developing Multi-threaded high performance, highly scalable applications\nExperience with Asterisk/Kamailio/Video/Audio Codecs/Web SIP JS\nExperience developing CTI, Call Processing Applications such as Call Center, Outbound IVR, Voice Mail, etc…\nExperience implementing and consuming large scale web services\nExperience with GitHub/BitBucket – Branching strategies and CI/CD\nExperience Developing applications using Public/Private cloud platforms\nExperience with application security scan tools like Veracode, SNYK\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.\nOccasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.\n\nSalary and Benefits:\nAt Aventiv, our salary and benefits are designed to fit you as a whole person.
