You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to earn certifications and grow into higher-level technician roles.Position OverviewAs an Automotive Lube & Maintenance Technician, you'll perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements. You'll also help keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and tire servicesInspect vehicles for potential maintenance and safety concernsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspaceFollow all company policies, safety standards, and operational proceduresCommunicate effectively with teammates and management about service needsSupport overall shop operations and help ensure timely completion of servicesBe available during scheduled operating hours, including occasional SaturdaysScheduleMonday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PMQualificationsPreferred: 6 months of experience in an automotive repair or service environment (not required)Passion for cars and commitment to quality serviceWillingness to pursue additional training and certifications (ASE, EPA Section 609, etc.)Basic set of hand tools and eagerness to expand your tool collectionMust be at least 18 years of ageValid Texas driver's license with a clean driving recordDependable, positive, and able to follow directionsReliable transportation to and from workWhy Join All Tune San Antonio-6178At All Tune San Antonio-6178, you'll gain real-world experience in a professional automotive environment, work alongside experienced technicians, and receive guidance to help you advance your career.
