work will directly support modernization initiatives within the Department of Veterans Affairs by enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities that improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and enterprise service delivery.\nWhat You'll Do\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Development\nDesign, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.\nDevelop plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, entities, and process automation.\nConfigure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business requirements.\nEnterprise Integration\nDevelop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.\nSupport Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.\nSolution Delivery\nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nParticipate in unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.\nTroubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements.\nDocumentationContinuous Improvement\nCreate and maintain technical documentation.\nFollow Microsoft development best practices.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across Dynamics 365 solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).\nExperience\nMinimum two (2) years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development experience.\nFive (5) to seven (7) years of overall IT experience.\nExperience developing customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with several of the
