This position will be on-site full-time in Saginaw, MI.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nOversee development and maintenance of systems\r\nAnalyze and make recommendations regarding technical direction by identifying client needs\r\nTranslate between clients' needs and the actual applications\r\nEnsure system security standards are implemented\r\nWindows Server deployment\r\nM365 support and deployment\r\nOversee maintenance of backup solutions\r\nQualifications\r\n8+ years' experience working in an information technology setting (MSP experience preferred)\r\nProven experience of Microsoft Windows Server, including SQL Server\r\nProven experience with working in a virtualization environment. (Hyper-V, VMware, Azure)\r\nDisaster recovery experience and strong understanding of security, threat detection, prevention and remediation\r\nKnowledge of emerging technologies and initiatives\r\nAbility to seek supplementary knowledge and understanding of systems support\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\r\nAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot issues outside of your knowledgebase\r\nDemonstrate problem solving strategies and practical knowledge\r\nAbility to work effectively with clients\r\nProficient in IT security\r\nProficient in backup technologies and concepts surrounding backups including replication\r\nExperience working with and managing a workload which is distributed across multiple teams and departments\r\nM365 experience, including migration, setup, and management\r\nLeadership\r\nAbility to work independently while taking responsibility for own initiatives\r\nExcellent interpersonal skills\r\nLearn and understand how position is critical to the success of the organization and be willing to accept responsibility and be accountable for own actions\r\nBenefits & Perks\r\nWe are committed to investing in our people, both professionally and personally.
