Reports shortages and overages of incoming and outgoing shipments.\r\nLoads and unloads delivery vehicles with finished products, raw materials and other items. Inspects incoming and outgoing product for broken seals and damage.\r\nDelivers raw materials (plastic, boxes, and pallets) to designated racking and/or areas.\r\nPacks and wraps boxes or other materials for shipment and attaches appropriate documentation.\r\nOrganizes storage areas and maintains proper housekeeping standards.\r\nEnsures all warehouse product is secure.\r\nPractices FIFO while using the scanning tools provided to scan all material and finished goods\r\nLocks out trucks according for safety using the tools provided\r\nOperate IQMS shipping and prepares shipping paperwork (ex. BOL, Manifest, Fedex, UPS)\r\nDesired Qualifications:\r\nHigh School diploma required.\r\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.\r\nStrong organizational and time management skills required.\r\nComputer skills preferred.\r\nEssential Job Functions:\r\nPhysical Elements: Lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds, Wear required PPE\r\nMental Performing Elements: Math skills, Communicating with team members, Create legible written communication, Ability to read\r\nEquipment Use: Forklift certifiable, Scanners\r\nWorking Conditions: Manufacturing environment, Extreme temperatures, Loud Noises\r\nBehaviors:\r\nRequired: Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well\r\nRequired: Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity\r\nMotivations: Required: Growth Opportunities: Inspired to perform well by the chance to take on more responsibility\r\nRequired: Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
