Our mission is to connect experienced professionals with organizations executing complex projects and critical infrastructure initiatives.\n\nPosition Overview\n\nAugment Professional Services (APS) is seeking Electrical Engineers to support design, construction, testing, and implementation of electrical systems for complex industrial and advanced manufacturing facilities.\n\nThe Electrical Engineer will work across power distribution, facility infrastructure, equipment interfaces, grounding, lighting, controls coordination, and system commissioning while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.\n\nKey responsibilities may include:\n\nDevelop and review electrical engineering designs.\nReview one-line diagrams, panel schedules, equipment requirements, and specifications.\nSupport low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution systems.\nPerform or review load calculations and equipment sizing.\nCoordinate electrical design with mechanical, controls, process, architectural, and structural teams.\nSupport RFIs, submittal reviews, field engineering, and construction issue resolution.\nParticipate in electrical inspections, energization, testing, commissioning, and turnover.\nEnsure compliance with NEC and project requirements.\nConduct site walks and verify field conditions.\nQualifications\nRequired Technical Skills\nProfessional electrical engineering experience.\nKnowledge of electrical distribution and facility power systems.\nAbility to interpret one-line diagrams, schematics, drawings, and specifications.\nFamiliarity with NEC and electrical design standards.\nExperience with equipment sizing, distribution, grounding, and electrical infrastructure.\nStrong multidisciplinary coordination skills.\nAbility to support field construction and commissioning activities.\nPreferred Experience / Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.\nPE license or EIT certification.\nSemiconductor, data center, battery, automotive, cleanroom, manufacturing, or mission-critical facility experience.\nETAP, SKM, EasyPower, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software experience.\nMedium-voltage system experience.\nEPC, owner-side engineering, or major capital project experience.\nAPS Consulting Footer\n\nAugment Professional Services (APS) delivers specialized talent, consulting expertise, and project support to organizations operating in complex technical environments.
