Residential Assistant - Adult Residential

Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a Residential Assistant to join their Adult Residential team! (Swing Shift) The Residential Assistant position provides the bulk of the direct individual supervision and day-to-day care. The primary objective is the maintenance of a safe environment for the individuals and staff. Qualifications Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be 21+ and possess a valid driver's license Primary Responsibilities Provide transportation to authorized functions. Enforce residence schedule and rules & chart and log activities and events that occur while on duty. Provide emergency intervention as appropriate. Act as receptionist and provide information to residents and outside callers. Monitor and chart medications; monitor supplies and recommend requisition of same. Assist Adult Outpatient unit with urinalysis administration. Adhere to schedule as written. Supervise family visits and recreational activities.
