We focus on empowering our team with a high-level of downstream accountability, resulting in an agile and efficient service delivery.\n\nIn addition to our core facility and project management capabilities, our platform offers direct access to our Best-in-Class services, including ESG, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and Workplace Experience.\n\nAbout the Role: As a CBRE Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nRespond to client inquires and concerns; ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality service and follow up.\nCreate and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors.\nSupport problem solving.\nProvide reports on open and closed work orders and check the status with the appropriate technician or vendor.\nMaintain records including work orders, proposals, and department information.\nCreate vendor files and ensure accuracy of completed paperwork submitted.\nInduct vendors on work order and billing procedures.\nProcess invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding.\nAssist with the facility campus inspections.\nAssist with process and procedure training. What You’ll Need:\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of 2 two years of related experience and/or training.\nAbility to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and confidence to ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.\nAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.\nAbility to effectively present information to an internal department/ colleagues.\nComfortable meeting and engaging with new people.\nWarm and engaging demeanor.\nBasic analytical skills and understanding of financial terms and principles.\nCapability of understanding and following general instructions and ability to solve problems.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word and Outlook.\nPhysical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 40 lbs. or more.\nDecision making ability with a general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve goals and deadlines.\nOrganizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
