We encourage employees to push boundaries and help solve critical, world-changing federal challenges.Position SummaryCredence has an immediate need for a Program Manager at the senior level who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. CROWS is organizationally located under AFLCMC/EN-EZ with mission responsibility for ‘baking in' cyber resiliency into new weapon systems and mitigation of ‘critical' vulnerabilities in fielded weapon systems. CROWS is primarily located at two locations: Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB) and Wright-Patterson AFB.  There are CROWS personnel located in various locations throughout the AF to provide cyber resiliency support. The major functional areas within CROWS are as follows:  CROWS LeadershipAcquisition Support to increase system security engineering principles into acquisition communityManpower, Education and Training Intelligence integration to increase cyber postureManagement of data reporting and tracking of cyber vulnerabilities and risksData capture, repository and analytics to enable risk-based decision makingInquiry management and adjudication to respond to external inquiries on cyber postureGap analysis of cyber risks for a comprehensive understanding of riskVulnerability and Risk Assessment Projects  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:Collaborating with CROWS management, team leaders, program office representatives, and extended team to prepare for periodic working group meetings and leadership/strategic meetingsAssisting with DoD and DAF program/project analysis, including the planning and organizing of program/project activitiesAssisting with technical work related to program management, including planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and proceduresAssisting in planning, organizing, and presenting assessments, command-level presentations, program management reviews, studies, status briefings, and other reviewsAssisting CROWS leadership in the management of projects/programs within cost, schedule, and performance baselinesAssisting with reviewing, developing, establishing, and updating policies and guidanceMonitoring team performance and providing team direction and prioritization as agreed with Government program manager expectationsWorking with team leaders, cyber focus teams, and team members to update action plans with current required actions and prioritiesEnsuring the five-year budget and schedule are consistent with CROWS action plansAssisting in the development of strategic briefings to be presented to the Air Force PEO Cyber Resiliency Review, AFLCMC/CC, SAF/AQ, AFLCMC/FM, working group meetings, and CROWS leadershipPlanning and supporting telecommunications and meetings with program officesAssisting in completing tasks in response to National Defense Authorization Acts and requests from SAF/AQR and other senior leadersMaintaining a repository of cyber best practices and lessons learnedWorking closely with various CROWS teams to assist in the development of data strategiesProviding input to implementation plans, standard operating procedures, and other cyber documentationAssisting in the development of reports outlining mitigation objectives, cyber resiliency posture, or system cyber resiliency strategyAssisting with administrative functions, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and office administrationRequirementsRequirements:Must have an active or current Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility, verifiable in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoW/DoDOR bachelor's degree in a Human Resource or related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoW/DoDOR fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) years of which must be in the DoDSpecialized Knowledge and Experience Required:Project management certification or training, such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professional (PMP), or other project management certifications/training certificatesUSAF, Space Force, or DAF weapon systems acquisition or logistics experienceCurrent understanding of DoD acquisition processes to ensure timely and synchronized schedule integration of cybersecurity requirements into program schedules and milestones through acquisition program integrated product teamsKnowledge of acquisition/procurement life cycle processesSenior executive briefing experienceKnowledge of cybersecurity principles, cyber threats, cyber
