Minimum Requirements:Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.YearsRequired/PreferredExperience7RequiredOversee user acceptance, performance, accessibility, interface, security, and data conversion testing7RequiredManage, perform, monitor, and report on test activities on modern technology platforms7RequiredReview, update and create test strategy, suites, and cases7RequiredDocument and report test results, data conversion and integration issues/concerns, and problem incident reports (PIRs)/defects statusts (PIRs)/defect status7RequiredProvide training and mentoring of testing team members7RequiredCoordinate scheduling of testing staff, test activities, and meetings7RequiredExperience with test tools such as Jira, TestSavvy, JUnit, Selenium, Microfocus UFT, SQL, etc.7RequiredExperience and understanding of the full software life cycle with specific emphasis on the testing discipline. Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.7RequiredExcellent leadership, communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills4RequiredExperience with Performance monitoring tools such as JProfiler, JMeter, etc.4PreferredExperience with Salesforce4PreferredExperience working directly with a Texas state agency as an employee or contractor in a QA Test Manager role4PreferredExperience as a team leader or project manager
