Opus IVS offers modern collision shops an integrated platform of leading diagnostics and calibration solutions, anchored by expert technicians and cutting edge, patented technology.\r\nPosition Summary\r\nThis position is responsible for the maintenance of the warehouse inventory management and deliveries of all OPUS-IVS electronic products in a manner that meets internal and customer quality expectations.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nUnload delivery trucks\r\nComplete incoming inspection of shipments\r\nVerify the accuracy, quantity, and condition of incoming deliveries\r\nComplete receiving paperwork according to requirements\r\nLabeling boxes and placing them in their correct warehouse location\r\nMaintain a well-organized and safe warehouse\r\nMaintain accuracy of material inventory\r\nConduct routine material inventory cycle counts; communicate regularly with Purchasing\r\nAssist with resolution of inventory issues\r\nAccurately fulfill daily material requests from Team Leaders and others. Pick and pack material in an organized manner\r\nHandle incoming product RMA returns\r\nMaintain material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, ladders, etc.) as necessary\r\nPromptly communicate the receipt of received materials to internal addressees\r\nWear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Requirements:\r\nQualifications:\r\nHigh School or GED\r\nMust be able to routinely lift 50 lb. boxes; ability to maneuver 500 700 lbs. with material handling equipment\r\nMust be able to stand / walk / maneuver materials 8 hours per day\r\nMust pass OSHA forklift training and in-house practical forklift maneuvering training\r\nMust be able to use a pallet jack and other material handling equipment\r\nMust be able to read and interpret shipping and receiving documents\r\nData entry, math, and computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)\r\nAttention to detail and problem-solving skills\r\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\r\nGood written and verbal communication skills\r\nAbility to work with minimal supervision\r\nExcellent attendance\r\nGood attitude pleasant demeanor when interacting with others, even in stressful situations\r\nPrevious warehouse / material handling experience a plus\r\nWHAT WE OFFER:\r\nCompetitive Pay: We know your value and were not afraid to pay for it.
