Sales Representative - Commercial Cleaning

Crystal Purity is a fast-growing Commercial Cleaning company specializing in providing exclusive commercial and residential cleaning services. We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. The ideal candidate will be able to develop strong relationships with potential clients and be able to answer questions about Crystal Purity and the services we offer. Responsibilities Develop strong client relationships with potential and existing clients. Communicate with new and potential customers daily, ensuring they are informed about our services and can make informed decisions about the services we offer. Meet regularly with new and potential clients to discuss their needs and expectations. Build a strong referral network through good customer service practices. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Prospect and contact potential customers Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Skills and Qualifications Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (or experience in commercial cleaning). Ability to establish contact with clients. Developed written and oral communication skills. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Payment/Compensation Commissions - 50% of monthly charge per contract Gas allowance - $100 per month Supervisor fees: $20 per client under $500 per month contract $30 per client $500 - $1000 per month contract $40 per client $1000 - $1500 per month contract $50 per client $1500 - $2000 per month contract Job Type: Contract Pay: $35,320.00 - $70,762.00 per year Benefits: Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement Professional development assistance Referral program Travel reimbursement Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: B2B sales: 3 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: Daytona Beach, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: On the road
