Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Audio Visual Technician to join our team at the St. Croix Casino in Danbury, WI. The Audio Visual Technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment for events and daily operations. Key duties include troubleshooting AV systems, managing video conferencing setups, configuring lighting and projectors, and ensuring the seamless operation of all technical aspects of audiovisual systems. Collaboration with event staff and providing top-notch technical support will also be central to this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Audio Visual (AV) Systems and associated equipmentStrong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectivelyExperience with video conferencing systems and their configurationsKnowledge of lighting systems and their operational setupsExpertise in configuring and maintaining projectors and display equipmentStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for event collaborationPrevious experience in a similar role and/or formal technical training is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are advantageous
