They will also be responsible for personnel management, all food safety, quality, and worker safety in their assigned department. Rotating Supervisors shall be capable of running each department in 2nd processing. Responsible to manage all PLS employee issues and communications with their immediate supervisors regarding vacations, attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerform quality checks on products and parts.\nReview orders to ensure work is properly prioritized and delivered to the department’s internal customer on time.\nComplete production reports to communicate team production level to management.\nTrain employees on job procedures.\nMaintain proper communication with employees, supervisors, other leads, and management.\nFollow and enforce safety guidelines, GMP, and SOPs set forth by Miller Poultry.\nRecognize and correct food safety issues.\nMaintain a positive and professional attitude regardless of the situation.\n100% of our operations are located in the surrounding communities of northeast Indiana and southern Michigan.
