Event Coordinator Intern - (Flexible Schedule | Credit-Eligible | CPT/OPT Supported) Location Location This role is primarily remote, with occasional local photoshoot opportunities near the intern’s location (typically within a 1-hour commute). On-site participation may include additional stipends, travel reimbursement, and meal coverage for local photoshoots. Eligible locations:DC / VA / MD / NJ / NY / PA / TX Internship Overview JTM Digital is seeking an Event Coordinator Intern to support on-site event execution and brand activations for lifestyle and hospitality clients. This internship is designed for students interested in marketing, communications, event management, and brand experience. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to real agency projects while developing professional and practical skills. What You’ll Learn How agency events and brand activations are planned and executed On-site event coordination and teamwork Professional communication in client-facing environments Basics of event marketing and brand experience Key Responsibilities (Learning & Support-Based)On-Site Event Support Attend client events as part of the agency team Assist with guest check-in, staff coordination, and basic logistics Support influencers, models, media, and staff under guidance Help ensure smooth event flow and execution Complete ad hoc support tasks as needed Event Preparation Assist with event checklists, timelines, and materials Support internal team coordination and preparation Documentation & Reporting Help document events with photos, videos, and notes Assist with post-event summaries and reports Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing and creative teams Participate in team meetings and project discussions (Other duties may be assigned based on project needs.)
