At Joyce, we take pride in manufacturing the majority of our own products, allowing us to deliver superior quality while supporting the communities we serve.Position OverviewJoyce is seeking an In-Home Field Sales Representative to lead sales efforts in the Asheville or Greenville markets and deliver a high-quality, consultative experience to homeowners. In this role, you will become an expert in Joyce’s sunrooms, windows, and bathroom remodeling solutions.You will meet with customers in their homes, assess their project needs, provide product guidance, take measurements, and present customized recommendations. This is an exciting opportunity to help homeowners improve their living spaces while representing a trusted and established brand in the home improvement industry.CompensationThis is a commission-only sales role with strong earning potential. Successful representatives typically earn between $100,000 and $150,000 annually, depending on performance. Top Sales performers can expect to earn 180k+ with exceptional performance.
