This role will develop and execute CMM programs, perform inspections, interpret blueprints and GD&T, and work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.Responsibilities:Program, operate, validate, and troubleshoot CMM equipment.Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.Inspect parts using CMMs, micrometers, calipers, gauges, and comparators.Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, specifications, and CAD models.Prepare inspection, first-article, and customer reports.Perform incoming material and final inspections.Support PPAP requirements, audits, and corrective actions.Troubleshoot measurement and quality issues and assist with root-cause analysis.Enter inspection and production data into ERP and other systems.Follow applicable quality, safety, and AS9100 procedures.Qualifications:3+ years CMM operating experience and 1+ year CMM programming experience.Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.Experience with precision inspection equipment.Knowledge of CAD models and inspection processes.Strong math, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.High school diploma or GED required.Preferred: Aerospace manufacturing/quality experience, AS9100 knowledge, CNC machining experience, and a technical or engineering degree.Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation, sick time, and holidaysLife insuranceFlexible spending accountParental leaveProfessional development assistanceEmployee Assistance ProgramRequirements: Must be eligible to access ITAR-controlled information.
