Factory Worker / Laborer - Fiberglass Duct Manufacturing

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team.Job ResponsibilitiesFabricate and assemble fiberglass ducts according to specifications.Perform sanding, bonding, painting and finishing tasks to ensure product quality.Safely handle and apply chemicals used in the manufacturing process.Accurately measure materials using a measuring tape and other tools.Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.Inspect finished products for defects and compliance with quality standards.Assist with general labor tasks as needed.QualificationsLegally authorized to work in the USA for any employer without sponsorship.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Prior experience in Construction is necessary.Bilingual English-SpanishPrior experience in manufacturing, fiberglass work, or similar environment is a plus.Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately.Comfortable working with chemicals and wearing appropriate PPE.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.Schedule & PaySalary starts at $19.18 plus overtimeFull-time position with opportunities for overtime.Competitive hourly wage based on experience.Union ShopBenefits include health, dental & vision insurance, paid time off, SMW pension
