The role focuses on Quality, Training & Documentation, Tools, Engineering Standards & Processes, and Metrics.\nResponsibilities Build and maintain quality control frameworks for engineering processes and deliverables.\nDevelop and implement strategies to improve the quality of project engineering processes, products, and services.\nCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.\nConduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.\nDesign and execute comprehensive training programs for project engineering staff.\nDevelop and maintain detailed documentation, including manuals, guidelines, and SOPs.\nProvide guidance to engineers on established procedures and best practices.\nEstablish a culture of continuous improvement and mentoring across the Engineering department.\nSupport the development and implementation of KPIs and metrics for project delivery and engineering processes.\nAnalyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas.\nGenerate regular reports and presentations to senior management.\nWork closely with engineering teams to develop action plans to address performance gaps.\nCreate and update the Parts Library to reflect changes in product designs and manufacturing processes.\nSupport engineering with expertise and resources in various engineering software tools (AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, AutoCAD Electrical, Navisworks, ACC, Vault, and custom add‑ons).\nFoster effective communication of innovative concepts and drive transformative change in the department.\nRequirements Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with an Engineering Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or 6+ years of relevant experience.\nExperience building quality controls into engineering processes and supporting corrective actions.\nProficiency in engineering software tools and automation, reporting, and process support.\nStrong 3D modeling skills (parametric and horizontal‑style).\nExperience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nAbility to self‑motivate and work effectively in a team.\nStrong management, collaboration, and communication skills.\nProblem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.\nAbility to travel up to 15% of the time.\nValid driver’s license and ability to rent a car without a co‑renter.\nPhysical capability to walk, kneel, crouch, climb, lift up to 75 lbs occasionally, and work both in office and active construction sites.\nDesired Skills & Qualities Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.\nConflict resolution, time management, and organizational skills.\nAdaptability, learning agility, and strategic thinking.\nResilience, persistence, and customer‑centric mindset.\nBenefits Base Salary Range: $66,100 – $99,200 (actual compensation may vary by location, level, skills, experience, and performance).
