migrations, or restructuring efforts\nWhat We're Looking For\n1–2 years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or a related field (internships and academic experience count)\nStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for clarity and consistency\nAbility to break down complex or technical information into simple, user-friendly language\nComfort working with tools like ClickHelp, Markdown, Confluence, or similar documentation platforms\nGood organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines\nCuriosity and willingness to learn new technical concepts and tools\nBachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with software development concepts or SaaS products\nBasic understanding of HTML/CSS with the ability to view and understand underlying HTML source code\nExperience with generating and manipulating
