The Role:
As a Clothier, you’ll guide clients through their bespoke experience—from first consult to final fitting. No sewing skills required. Just passion, poise, and a flair for luxury fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships and guide clients through the Pearce Bespoke process
Host fittings and private appointments
Recommend styles and take accurate measurements
Lead events that elevate the brand
Deliver exceptional service that earns long-term loyalty
Ideal Candidate:
Self-starter with strong people skills
Loves style and working with high-touch clients
Coachable, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working independently
Driven by commission (uncapped earnings)
