Upgrade, enhancement, and special projects work 30%\nSupport Epic upgrades in assessing needs, completing build, testing, and build\nWork in Nova, Orion, Asana, and other tools to document build steps and statuses\nWork with end users and SMEs to understand enhancement and optimization requests\nResearch, design, build, and testing of workflows and enhancements\nDocumenting and migrating build\n4.
