Superintendent Our client is a rapidly growing general contractor that has become well-known throughout the tri-state area, specializing in high-rise multifamily and ground-up concrete superstructure construction. They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their Rahway, NJ office and lead field operations on high-rise multifamily projects throughout Hudson and Bergen Counties. Superintendent Responsibilities:Oversee daily site operations including safety protocols, scheduling, and quality controlCoordinate and inspect subcontractors and trade partners to ensure work aligns with project specificationsFoster positive relationships with inspectors, municipalities, neighbors, and clientsLead the development and execution of look-ahead schedules and proactive planningStudy drawings thoroughly and collaborate with design teams and trade partnersCreate and execute an effective flight plan for successful project completionSolve field-related issues efficiently and maintain a high-performance jobsiteManage concrete superstructure operations on high-rise developments 15+ stories Superintendent Requirements:5+ years managing large-scale ground-up construction projects, high-rise or mixed-use strongly preferredExperience with concrete superstructure on projects 15+ storiesStrong technical knowledge and organizational skillsExceptional leadership and communication abilitiesAbility to build respectful, collaborative, and high-performing teamsSkilled in field problem-solving and plan execution Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceOptional life insurance401k programPaid vacationUpcoming disability plan Salary: $150k to $175k commensurate with experience
