Our work blends thoughtful design with real-world production to create packaging that's as beautiful as it is functional.\r\nOur site: likelyus.com\r\nWe're looking for a full-time Packaging Designer to join our Pasadena studio. This is an opportunity for a passionate, collaborative, and trend-savvy designer to take the lead on client projects and help bring their ideas to life using our extensive production resources. You'll also work directly with ownership to shape new packaging concepts and branding for Likely Inc. itself—helping us evolve and promote the studio's creative voice.\r\nWhat We're Looking For:\r\n4+ years of packaging design experience\r\nStrong understanding of dielines, materials, finishes, and structure\r\nFluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)\r\nDeep awareness of packaging and design trends across industries\r\nA positive outlook, self-motivated spirit, and a love for collaboration\r\nConfidence working directly with clients, printers, and manufacturers\r\nPassion for developing both conceptual and production-ready designs\r\nWhat You'll Do:\r\nLead the design process on packaging projects for our clients\r\nCollaborate closely with our founder to develop and pitch new ideas\r\nRefine client-provided artwork for production and printing\r\nCreate custom dielines and mockups with a focus on luxury details\r\nConcept and design packaging and branding for our studio's own initiatives\r\nStay on top of industry trends and contribute fresh, strategic thinking\r\nHelp uphold our creative standards and elevate every touchpoint\r\nWhat We Offer\r\nOpportunity to be part of a pioneering company in sustainable packaging.\r\nProfessional development and growth opportunities.\r\nSchedule\r\nFull-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM\r\nOn-site in our Pasadena studio, with one remote day per week after the probation period\r\nIf you live and breathe packaging, love a hands-on studio environment, and are excited to build something meaningful with a small, driven team—let's talk.\r\nTo apply\r\nPlease send your portfolio and resume to hello@likelyus.com.
