We are seeking an autonomous professional capable of serving as a true co-pilot to the fund's partners, managing transactions independently from initial sourcing to final closing.Key Responsibilities:Dealflow & Sourcing: Systematically identify, screen, and filter 10-20 high-potential startups per week on a global scale.Deep-dive Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive analysis of technology trends, business models, competitive landscapes, and unit economics.Investment Memos: Draft clear, structured, and institutional-grade (high-signal) investment memos for the Investment Committee.Deal Project Management: Coordinate all stages of deal execution, including legal compliance, due diligence auditing, and SPV administration.Requirements: Experience: 4+ years of proven track record in Venture Capital (with a strong focus on US/EU markets), Investment Banking (IB), or Strategic Consulting (Big 3).Education: Degree from a top-tier global business school or university (e.g., CEMS, Bocconi, LSE, HEC, or equivalent).Hard Skills: Flawless market research, robust financial modeling skills, and the ability to write concise, high-signal texts in the standard American VC style.Languages: Fluent / Native-level English is mandatory; Russian is required for internal team communications.Mindset: High execution speed, exceptional level of autonomy, and full readiness to align your working schedule with the EST (US Eastern) timezone .What We Offer: Direct collaboration with the syndicate's partners and hands-on experience with global cross-border deals.Dedicated budget for institutional data platforms (Crunchbase, PitchBook, etc.) and full support for operational automation (AI agents, custom scrapers).100% remote work format with a flexible schedule aligned with EST.Competitive compensation in USD : discussed individually based on the interview results (Benchmark: ~$2,000 for part-time / $4,000-$5,000 for full-time).
